This multi-trade project included HVAC, plumbing and electrical work on a 33,000 SF renovation to the east wing of an existing MOB in addition to the construction of a new 31,800 SF two-story cancer treatment center. Mark III utilized BIM coordination in order to pinpoint and mitigate timely/costly errors before construction began. All scopes were prefabricated in our MEP fabrication facility and shipped directly to site for installation.
