Mark III provided design-build plumbing services to support the construction of an 18,000 square foot campus expansion for, two-story Sacramento Ronald McDonald House in Sacramento, CA. This project established temporary residences for the families of children seeking medical treatment at nearby hospitals.
The scope for this job consisted of design and construction of plumbing for (20) restrooms which include residential toilets, lavatories, and showers; (4) kitchen sinks with disposals; (2) ADA compliant public restrooms; (2) unisex public restrooms; (5) residential washing machines.
