M3 MEP is performing the electrical scope for the ground up construction of a new 530K SF cold storage facility consisting of (5) buildings. M3 MEP is working with the GC, owner, engineers and other subcontractors to provide BIM coordination across all trades. The scope includes all underground electrical, low voltage, joint utility conduits. Additionally, M3 MEP will furnish and install ChargePoint CT4021 Dual Port EV Chargers for vehicles and 5 EXPP-PL EV Chargers for tractors. M3 MEP will be providing full NETA testing to ensure a fully compliant and functional site that will be ready for the owner with confidence. This project is the largest in M3’s electrical history.
