Mark III installed the shell plumbing and HVAC at the 534,926 SF IPC 3 & 4 distribution centers for DHL and Bunzl in Tracy, CA. In addition to the shell plumbing and HVAC, Mark III also built-out Bunzl’s 10,000 SF office TI.
