M3 MEP performed the electrical scope for the ground-up construction of a new 530K SF cold storage facility consisting of five buildings. M3 MEP worked with the GC, owner, engineers, and other subcontractors to provide BIM coordination across all trades. The scope included all underground electrical, low voltage, and joint utility conduits. Additionally, M3 MEP furnished and installed ChargePoint CT4021 Dual Port EV Chargers for vehicles and five EXPP-PL EV Chargers for tractors. M3 MEP provided full NETA testing to ensure a fully compliant and functional site that would be ready for the owner with confidence. This project was the largest in M3’s electrical history.
