Mark III partnered with Big-D Construction to provide the plumbing scope to a new ground-up, 1.4 million SF concrete tilt-up building with over 4 miles of underground plumbing installation. Mark III’s scope included the installation of a sanitary sewer, a siphonic drain system, and domestic water. Mark III installed (52) floor clean-outs, sanitary sewer piping, and the siphonic drain system to support (76) roof drains for the underground portion. The above-ground scope continued with the installation of the domestic water system and the siphonic drain system on the roof.
