Mark III’s scope of work included the framing and buildout of a 2-story wood mezzanine with a metal stair case and hand rail for New Glory Craft Brewing. The mechanical scope included the installation of (1) rooftop HVAC unit, (1) ductless mini split, (3) exhaust fans, and (2) warehouse heaters. The electrical scope of work included a full electrical upgrade and power to all brewing equipment and lights. The plumbing scope included running a new gas line from the meter to the boilers, running a new water line to the water heater and sinks, the installation of multiple sinks throughout the brewery, and new compressed airlines throughout the warehouse area. Our team was responsible for decommissioning (2) existing chiller units and relocating (1) existing pro-chiller evaporator. Additionally, our team performed coring 18 ft down for (9) different structural concrete piers to support their grain silos. The metal stairs and pipe bridge were prefabricated in our MEP Manufacturing Facility and delivered to site for installation. The gas pipe was also prefabricated to allow for a more efficient install.
