M3 performed the mechanical and electrical scope for the replacement of an AHU in the mechanical room of Eureka Hall at CSU Sacramento.
The mechanical scope included the installation of (1) air handler supply unit complete with fan wall, coils, and dampers, and (1) air handler return unit. M3 also provided chilled and heating water piping with valving from the point of connection at the existing piping to the new coils. The system was made complete with insulation and DDC controls as specified.
The electrical scope consisted of the furnish and install of a 80A/3PH breaker in the existing motor control center, single point connections for the new AHU and RFU, (10) new surface mounted lighting fixtures, and fire alarm duct detectors. M3 also connected the equipment VFDs and supplied disconnect.
