M3 provided the electrical scope for the lighting retrofit project on the 3rd floor of Meriam Library at CSU Chico. The work covered over 68K SF and included disconnecting, removing, furnishing, and installing more than 1,000 lighting fixtures, devices, and controls, as well as emergency fixtures and circuits. M3 modified the panelboards as needed to accommodate the use of inLIGHT controls and new VAVs and provided temporary lighting for the duration of the project.
