Mark III’s scope included turnkey design and the replacement of (7) HVAC units for the City of Livingston for a total of (16) RTU’s & split systems. The project included the demolition and replacement of HVAC systems across seven buildings throughout the City of Livingston. In addition to the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical scopes, Mark III service also assisted Trane Technologies’ controls team with power and low voltage infrastructure installation. Mark III worked closely with Trane and the City’s staff to efficiently coordinate each upgrade, minimizing downtime for city staff in the middle of summer in Central California. Mark III’s portion of the work was completed three weeks ahead of schedule.
