As part of the CHP Tracy Area Office project, M3 was responsible for the complete plumbing scope for the CHP Area Office and the Fleet Vehicle Repair Facility.

The CHP Area Office (Building A) included plumbing systems to support administrative functions, restrooms, and the breakroom. The scope included installation of complete domestic hot and cold water systems, sanitary waste and vent piping, and storm drainage connections as required. Plumbing fixtures installed consisted of water closets, urinals, lavatories, janitor sinks, drinking fountains, and electric water heaters. Trap primers were provided for all floor drains, and wall access panels were installed to ensure maintenance access. All bathroom carriers were prefabricated in M3’s MEP Manufacturing facility to streamline onsite installation and improve quality control.

The Fleet Vehicle Repair Facility (Building B) required plumbing systems to support active service bays and support areas. The scope included trench drains and floor drains throughout the service areas, along with an oil/water separator system. Domestic water and sanitary waste piping was installed to support restrooms, mop basins, and utility sinks. Wall-mounted and rooftop hose bibbs were installed for equipment washdown and maintenance use. M3 also installed an eyewash station, and coordination was completed for any compressed air or water-fed equipment connections required by the facility.
