This portion was the MEP design-build remodel of the Employee Dining Room (EDR) Lounge, the Servery, and the adjacent hallway at Cache Creek.

The mechanical scope consisted of the relocation of (3) existing room temperature sensors and the addition of new grilles, registers, and diffusers with associated ducting and accessories for a complete HVAC system.

The plumbing scope included a floor sink for the new employee lounge with a 100′ waste line tie in and a new water line from the existing beverage counter.

The electrical scope continued with the relocation of various electrical equipment, supply and install of general receptacles, wall and ceiling mounted fire alarm devices, and the install of speakers and security cameras.
