The electrical scope included the demolition of all existing electrical in addition to the supply and installation of all new power and lighting.

The HVAC scope included upgrading the existing VAV’s to accommodate the new floor plan, installation of (4) new VAV’s, (1) new exhaust fan, and all associated duct and mechanical piping.

The plumbing scope included new underground plumbing, water closets, sinks, and plumbing finish for the new restrooms. Our team also provided all plumbing connections and floor fixtures for the new bar.

EDR & Lounge Remodel – $128  K

This portion was the MEP design-build remodel of the Employee Dining Room (EDR) Lounge, the Servery, and the adjacent hallway at Cache Creek.

The mechanical scope consisted of the relocation of (3) existing room temperature sensors and the addition of new grilles, registers, and diffusers with associated ducting and accessories for a complete HVAC system.

The plumbing scope included a floor sink for the new employee lounge with a 100′ waste line tie in and a new water line from the existing beverage counter.

The electrical scope continued with the relocation of various electrical equipment, supply and install of general receptacles, wall and ceiling mounted fire alarm devices, and the install of speakers and security cameras. The project team worked with the casino and its guests in mind to ensure normal operations were not disrupted and noise was kept to a minimum.
