M3 MEP performed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes for this design-build OSHPD III project located in Berkeley, CA. The electrical scope consists of upgrading and installing power for the new Varian equipment inside the LINAC vault, along with power for three (3) medical operating rooms (OR). The plumbing scope consisted of 11,000 LF of new plumbing and medical gas piping with a sanitary waste lift station, water treatment system, and medical-grade pumps and compressors. The HVAC scope included 2,100 feet of spiral ducting, totaling nearly 16,000 pounds of rectangular and round ducting, in addition to 2,500 linear feet of hydronic piping.
