This project was a tenant improvement to an existing shell building to support the operations of a new distribution center. The improvements include the addition of two interior remote restrooms and two remote break areas, selective demo and refinish of the existing office space.
The HVAC scope included the installation of packaged heat pump units, exhaust fans, and high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans to support ventilation and air distribution throughout the facility. Ductwork, thermostats, sensors, volume dampers, registers, grilles, and associated accessories were also installed to create a complete HVAC system.
The plumbing scope included installation of wall-mounted water closets and urinals with flush valves, countertop lavatories, and double-compartment kitchen sinks with stainless steel faucets. Electric water heaters were also installed to serve the new building areas. M3 also installed domestic cold water (DCW), domestic hot water (DHW), drain, waste, and vent piping systems, including floor and wall cleanouts, roof drains, and floor drains with trap primer connections.
