NUSD – Jefferson Modernization (“STW”)

This multi-trade project involved the modernization of an elementary school in Natomas, CA. The HVAC scope included replacement of (20) AC units, three (3) heat pump units, five (5) condensing units, (15) exhaust fans, one (1) mini split unit with associated refrigerant piping, (12) gravity ventilators, as well as numerous louvers and air outlets. The plumbing scope included complete restroom remodels in three (3) buildings. The electrical scope included new power and lighting systems, installation of intercom/clock systems with associated conduit, and installation of video surveillance system with associated conduit. The low voltage scope included multiple cable drops for camera connectivity and wireless access points. Mark III also installed a new fire alarm system per NEC Electrical code and NFPA 72 standards and a new Bosch intrusion alarm system. Mark III met the Skilled & Trained Workforce (“STW”) requirements for this project.
