What is your favorite Mark III core value (teamwork, innovation, integrity, work-hard-play-hard, transparency) and how does it play a part in your everyday role & responsibilities?

My favorite core value is teamwork. If you get a good team to band together anything is possible. The job site flows a lot smoother because morale is up. I wouldn’t be where I am today without great teamwork.
