Mark III delivered this tenant improvement to an existing 100-year old building in downtown Fresno, CA. Our scope of work included upgrading the electrical systems throughout the building including installation of power and lighting. Additionally, our team installed plumbing and mechanical systems for the new taproom and brewhouse.
