Truebeck and EHDD have partnered with Mark III for the design assist of Kresge Hall for the UC Santa Cruz Campus Student Housing Renovation Project. This project consists of 164k SF of renovation and new construction. To expedite the build schedule, Mark III utilized modeling and BIM coordination to optimize prefabrication and modular construction. Mark III will be providing 11k linear feet of wall panels equipped with all MEP and structural steel as well as 223 fully finished volumetric restroom and shower pods.
