Mark III delivered the full electrical and underground utility scope of work for this 38K SF skilled nursing facility in Walnut Creek, CA. Our team installed all electrical underground utilities, a 275 kW Cummins generator and transfer switch, all interior lighting and power, all electrical connections for HVAC equipment and patient room FCU’s, a switchgear package, and connection to an irrigation controller and refrigerant valves – all while providing temporary power to the site during construction. Additionally, we performed rough-in only for fire alarm, nurse call, and security systems. Our virtual construction team used BIM coordination to build the system before field labor began.
