Mark III’s scope of work included delivering the underground wet utilities for the Ridge, an OSHPD-certified retirement community at Paradise Valley Estates in Fairfield, CA. Our team performed demo of the existing parking lot and installed sewer manholes in addition to storm-drain, domestic-water, and fire-water substructures.
