This project involved transforming the breezeway into an employee break room and upgrading the existing offices and break rooms. To support the new breezeway, M3 installed a new AHU and panel board. Additionally, new fire alarm devices and light fixtures were installed throughout all offices and break rooms. The work was completed under a very fast-paced schedule to ensure the airline could maintain operational use of the spaces.
