Mark III’s underground scope included wet utilities for new student housing at California State University, Sacramento. This project included demolition of existing structures onsite, earthwork, and grading for new building pads and roadways. Our team installed underground sewer, storm drain, and domestic/fire water lines with paving of new parking lots and roadways. Our virtual construction team modeled the complex web of underground utilities before construction ever began.
