This project included a five (5) phase remodel of a sterile processing department. Each phase required complete demolition and additional work to upgrade 50 years of previous remodel work. Existing conduits overhead were supported per OSHPD-1. Contracted work consisted of all new lighting, fire alarm smoke piping, power for all newly installed FSD’s, all receptacles, and piping for access control. Additionally, Mark III upgraded all panels with corrected panel schedules along with 4” conduits over corridors and 4” J-hooks installed for data.
