This project was a comprehensive electrical installation for Buzz Oates and Golden brands for a 34,000-square-foot warehouse and office space. The work encompassed panel boards, transformers, and electrical forklift charging stations. The office tenant improvement included Title 24-compliant indoor lighting, meeting California’s rigorous energy efficiency standards. Reyes Beverage Group’s environmentally conscious commitment to 100% LED lighting resulted in a sustainable and functional lighting solution for the office areas.
M3’s virtual construction team played a critical role by producing detailed installation drawings and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs), streamlining procurement and kitting, ensuring precise field execution, and minimizing errors and waste. The integration of virtual construction and prefabrication significantly improved project accuracy, efficiency, and delivery throughout the project.
