Mark III performed the entire plumbing contract for a 1,000,000 SF Amazon distribution center in Patterson, California. The project was very fast paced with multiple plan changes throughout construction. The contract consisted of water, sewer, medium pressure gas, and condensates for the interior building. The gas entered the building with a 5-inch line at medium pressure and was distributed throughout. A 4-inch copper water distribution line ran end to end. Mark III also installed two (2) sand oil interceptors, one (1) grease interceptor and a domestic booster pump.
