Makayla Oei is the project executive for the company’s Project Mountain (PM) series and the company’s MEP manufacturing innovation segment. Since 2017, she has completed multiple rounds of research and development for our PM series and completed multiple MEP projects utilizing standardization and manufactured wall panels, successfully transforming our projects into products.
Makayla has over 14 years of experience within construction, beginning her career as a project assistant for a mechanical contractor. During that time, she took classes towards her Construction Management Certificate at the UC Davis Extension Campus. She is skilled in growing contractor relationships, virtual construction and manufacturing efforts, in addition to delivering projects on-time and within budget. Over the past 5 years Makayla has managed over $25 million in mechanical projects and $5 million in MEP projects.
Outside of work she enjoys golfing, cooking, visiting Tahoe, attending concerts, and spending time with her partner and dogs.
