Andy Powne is Mark III’s Service Division Manager, overseeing all commercial and industrial service operations for the company. A University of California, Davis alumnus, Andy brings a unique perspective to Mark III’s Service Division with a background in commercial real estate investment, valuation, and appraisal.
Since making the move to Mark III, he has incorporated a holistic approach to facilities maintenance – offering property owners proactive maintenance strategies to extend equipment life, budget for upcoming capital expenditures, improve their bottom line, and increase the value of their individual investment or property portfolio.
Andy is an active member of the Power Inn Alliance’s Planning & Business Development Committee and BOMA Sacramento. In his free time Andy is an avid reader and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his wife and two children.
