Culture Club
Mark III’s Culture Club was developed on the understanding that to operate seamlessly, our team needs to have shared values. This internal team created our mission, vision, and core values, and is comprised of field, fabrication, and office employees; representing diverse trades and office locations. Our Culture Club participates in the hiring process, jobsite visits, hosting quarterly events, and celebrating individuals based on core values through peer recognition. The goal of this team is to capture our company culture and incorporate it into everything we do.
M3 Women R.I.S.E.
Women R.I.S.E. is an employee resource group that exists to increase the number of women at Mark III Construction and expand their opportunity to shape our company and our industry. We believe a more diverse workforce — in the office and in the field — makes M3 stronger, more innovative, and better positioned for the future we’re building together.
