Mark III was the design-build mechanical contractor and sublet the completion of the design to Sigma Engineering. This project utilized BIM modeling to ensure a coordinated mechanical room layout. This allowed for Mark III to determine clearances and maintenance access ahead of building in the field. Scope of work included domestic hot water, heating hot water conversion, and energy efficient components/strategies. We were able to prefabricate the majority of the pipework in our off-site MEP Manufacturing Facility allowing for minimal impact to the facility.
