Mark III self-performed wet and dry utilities for Sutter Home’s bottling and distribution facility in Lodi, CA.

Sanitary Sewer

This project included sanitary sewer and process waste substructures, the installation of a sewer lift/pump station, and a storm lift/pump station.

Substation

Mark III installed an electrical substation with associated conduit, cabling, and vaults.

Irrigation Repair

This portion of the project included the installation of approximately 7,300 LF of various sized irrigation piping ranging from 6” to 15” in diameter, a flow meter, (154) alfalfa valves, (3) manholes, and electrical power and controls for pump stations.
