Mark III’s scope for Paso Verde Elementary School included the installation of several mechanical systems for multiple classrooms, a multipurpose and administration building. Virtual construction modeled the mechanical systems for (32) classrooms and ENGworks BIM coordinated the multipurpose and administrative rooms. These models were sent to our MEP manufacturing facility for fabrication. Additionally, Mark III met the Skilled & Trained Workforce (“STW”) requirements for this project.

The HVAC scope included installations for (4) classroom buildings, including (32) carrier split systems, (4) 6-ton carrier package units, (2) exhaust fans, (4) Daikin mini-splits, in addition to all associated ducting, BMS system, insulation, and seismic restraints.
