This project included the design-build of four ground-up buildings for a middle school and high school campus in Richmond, CA. Our team modeled, detailed, and prefabricated the majority of all the overhead plumbing pipe, as well as in-wall plumbing and carrier assemblies.

Building MS1

Building MS-1 consisted of a two-story building equipped with a high-end kitchen servery, staff break room, science and art classrooms, and restrooms.

Building MS2

Building MS-2 consisted of a two-story building that included a library/media center, art classrooms, kiln shed, science classrooms, restrooms, and staff break rooms.

Building HS4

Building HS4 consisted of a two-story building equipped with a kitchen servery, staff breakroom, classrooms, and student restrooms.

Gym

The gym included locker rooms, restrooms, and music classrooms. Building HS-4 was a two-story building equipped with a kitchen servery, staff break room, classrooms, and student restrooms.
