Mark III performed electrical and plumbing work on this 664 K SF mattress distribution center in Tracy, CA. The electrical scope of work included infrastructure and buildout along with the installation of site utilities, site lighting, building lighting, and a fire alarm system. This project included the buildout of a 20 K SF tenant improvement with power distribution to building systems and warehouse equipment. The plumbing scope of work included the installation of underground plumbing systems, a storm drain system, and a Victaulic stainless-steel domestic water system.
