Mark III performed mechanical and plumbing services for a 2-building tenant improvement in a historical sugar building in Tracy, CA. The mechanical scope for each building was the installation of new duct work and registers including 6 exhaust fans and 8 louvers, and an electric baseboard heater in each fire pump room. The plumbing scope consisted of the installation of domestic cold and hot water, sewer vents, and drains along with plumbing fixtures for a complete plumbing system in both buildings.
