Arturo (Art) Martinez is Mark III’s Chief Talent Officer, overseeing our talent development and recruitment teams. Upon completing his bachelor’s degree with the United States Naval Academy, Arturo went on to complete his Master of Business Administration at the University of Michigan.
Art brings unique perspective to Mark III with his Navy background and experience with various corporations, including GE and Woodward, Inc. As Chief Talent Officer, Art will lead our talent development department to ensure we offer best-in-class training programs, medical benefits, career development, and compensation packages for wages and retirement. To put it simply, Art’s mission is to ensure our employees all agree that this is the best job they’ve ever had!
In his free time, Art enjoys spending time with friends and family, cycling, attending sporting events, and traveling.
