UC Davis – South Campus Solar Power Plant
Mark III Construction under SunPower Corporation built a 16-megawatt, ground-mounted solar power plant that is expected to generate 14 % of UC Davis’ electricity needs. The project is the largest solar power installation in the University of California system and the largest solar power plant to offset the electricity demand of a U.S. university or college campus. Designed to generate 33-million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year it is expected to reduce the campus’ carbon footprint by an estimated 9 %.

Comstock Winery
In 2014, Mark III built a new winery facility (9,230 SF) for Comstock Wines located in Healdsburg, CA. The single story building, on an existing site included a new office space, a tasting room, mezzanine, and support areas. The mechanical systems (process piping, HVAC, plumbing and fire suppression), included an install of all valves, controls, dampers, piping, duct work, fixtures and faucets. Because of the existing space, the site work improvements included all grading, drainage and erosion control measures. In addition, we installed a Glycol Chiller, air compressor system, DDC controls for temperature control of the entire facility, a VRF-HVAC system, hydronic pumps and valves to the tanks.
